I have fibromyalgia and have worked with Helen for nearly a year. I had seen several massage practitioners in Cornwall before finding Helen Helen was the only practitioner who would happily come to my house when I was too weak to travel. Helen is a remarkable and exceptional practitioner, she works with great focus and sensitivity. I feel I can completely relax. I NEVER feel rushed and I feel completely taken care of -this is quite a gift. She is dedicated to her craft and I can genuinely say is the best massage therapist I have ever had in over 20 years! I highly recommend Helen whether you have health problems and need a skilled & therapeutic massage or whether you ‘just’ want to dedicate some quality care to yourself. 
Helen is also a cheery and accommodating woman- a pleasure to work with and know.

Shoulders and neck not really working much at at. After a couple of sessions it was clear that it wasn’t just old age. I am very happy to continue having a weekly massage from Helen who has made life a great deal easier. Couldn’t recommend her more highly ( And I have spent money and time with osteopaths and the like over many years).

I have now had two massages from Helen and I can honesty say that out
of all the massages I have had over the years this has been the most
effective and professional massage I have ever had. I am 52 and have
had MS for 16 years and the feeling of well being I had afterwards was
just incredible. Even without any ailments this is such a fabulous way
of de-stressing and relaxing as Helen puts you at ease straight away. 
I can’t recommend Helen highly enough, she is such an amazing find.

I first went to see Helen about 5 years ago with a few issues. Her work ethic is second to none with lots of advice thrown in. I find her extremely friendly and relaxing. Never an issue if you need to see her within a day or two she will always try and accommodate.

I have visited Helen for a few years now, I visit her every couple of months and shes made a huge difference in my ability to continue a life without aches, Her treatments have helps my other health conditions and I can’t recommend her enough. Very accommodating at short notice too. A very pleased client! 🙂

Discovered Helen when looking for a back massage to help control my sciatica. Didn't realise how tight my muscles where and how tense everything was. I have noticed a massive difference since seeing Helen. Almost a year since treatment and I haven't had a episode since. Love the treatments and Helen is amazing. I have been coming to Helen for a foot and leg massage monthly for several years. It is my monthly treat. I always feel totally relaxed afterwards and, maybe a bit sleepy sometimes! Helen plays relaxing music while massaging to help you chill out. I can thoroughly recommend Helen. I had a hot stones massage on my back once and that was bliss.

Helen has helped me with my arm lymphoedema for the last couple of years. It is an ongoing problem which has been kept under control with the massage techniques she uses. I am grateful to have found someone who keeps herself up-to-date enabling me to benefit from current practices.

I have been seeing Helen for many years now. She is a great massage therapist and she has kept my recurring back problems in check. She has a lot of knowledge and experience and I find a regular appointment keeps me in good condition and on top of any problems. Would highly recommend.

’m a plasterer of thirty years and have lower back problems, I tried other treatments but nothing helped. I was told about Bowen therapy and decided to give it a go, it has helped me considerably. I see Helen every eight weeks to keep it under control .

I visit Helen every 3 weeks for a massage. I also have regular Bowen therapy. I have visited numerous massage therapist’s over the years and Helen is by far the best. She immediately identifies any issues I have and adapts her treatment’s to meet my needs. Having the regular treatments has reduced the back and neck issues I have experienced over the years. I originally went to see Helen on a recommendation from a friend. That was many years ago now. I have psoriatic arthritis and suffer badly with my mobility, particularly in my hands, feet and hips. This was very debilitating, making life tricky. Helen has changed my life. Firstly she is such a lovely person but more importantly she instantly offers her extensive Bowen expertise in a calm, gentle and restorative way. I leave each session greatly improved. I have regular sessions to maintain my mobility and would highly recommend Bowen with Helen to everyone.

Helen's hot stone massage is so good for my aching back. She is good at locating where my muscles ache most. I often fall asleep during my massage. I highly recommend Helen.
